Claims and evidence

Done is a claim, not proof.

Excellent treats an agent's "done" message as a claim.

excellent result evidence

Expected result: Excellent shows the checks and evidence bound to the latest result.

Evidence can come from Git, tests, browser checks, CI, APIs, databases, deployments, another model, or a person.

If evidence is missing, the result must say what was not checked.
