We’ll stand it up with you.

We help you stand up Excellent, run local models on your own hardware, migrate your data in, and wire up the integrations you need — hands-on, alongside your team. Start with a free intro call.

[What We Do]

Everything it takes to run Excellent for real.

Not a support contract — the hands-on work of getting it live, migrated, and wired to your stack.

Stand up Excellent on your hardware

We install and configure the app on the machines you'll actually run it on — a laptop, a NUC, or your own servers — so it's live and yours from day one.

Local model setup

We pick, provision, and tune the models that run on your metal — sized to your hardware and your workload, not a one-size default.

Data migration

We bring your records across from the tools you're leaving — cleaned up and mapped into the one local database, not just dumped in.

Custom integrations & mappers

Need a source we don't ship yet? We build the mapper so it flows into your database on the same terms as everything else.

Infrastructure & security review

We review how it's deployed — backups, access, encryption at rest — and fix what needs fixing before it's load-bearing.

Team training & ongoing operation

We train your team to run it themselves, and stay on to operate alongside you for as long as it's useful.

[How It Works]

Four steps, then we get to work.

Honest about the mechanics: the deposit credits as week one, and recurring billing waits on signatures.

  1. 1

    Free intro call

Thirty minutes. We talk through what you're trying to do, your hardware, and whether we're a fit — no pitch deck, no obligation.

  2. 2

    $1,000 deposit + contracts signed

If it's a fit, you put down a $1,000 deposit and sign the paperwork — a consulting services agreement, a mutual NDA, and a liability acknowledgment — in your client portal.

  3. 3

    Onboarding

We learn your business through a structured questionnaire — your stack, your data, your hardware, your goals — then hold a kickoff call to plan the first weeks of work.

  4. 4

    Weekly cadence

We work, you see progress every week, and you can cancel anytime. The deposit credits as week one; the recurring $1,000/week charge only starts once your contracts are signed.

[Pricing]

One honest number.

No tiers, no seats, no 'contact for pricing.'

$1,000/week, cancel anytime

The first $1,000 is a deposit, collected when you book — it credits toward week one. The weekly charge doesn't start until your contracts are signed.

Book an intro call
  • Direct access to the person doing the work — not a ticket queue
  • A weekly working session, plus async support between them
  • All work happens in your workspace, on your hardware — you keep everything
  • Cancel anytime, effective at the end of the current week
  • No minimum term and no early-termination fee

[Who It's For]

Built for teams doing this the first time.

Teams adopting Excellent

You want it standing up right the first time — configured, migrated, and wired to your stack — instead of learning it by trial and error.

Teams that want local AI without a platform team

You want models running on your own hardware, without hiring the infrastructure engineers it usually takes to get there.

Teams leaving SaaS sprawl

You're consolidating a pile of subscriptions into one owned database, and want help doing it without losing anything on the way.

Questions you'd ask before booking.

What happens on the intro call?
A free 30-minute conversation about what you're trying to do, your hardware, and your current stack. We tell you honestly whether we're a fit — there's no pitch and no obligation to continue.
When am I actually charged?
A $1,000 deposit is collected when you book or kick off — it credits toward week one. The recurring $1,000/week charge doesn't start until all three contracts are signed in your client portal.
How does cancel work?
Cancel anytime from your portal. It takes effect at the end of the current billing week — no penalty, no exit fee, and nothing owed beyond the week you're in.
Do you need access to our systems?
Only what the engagement actually needs, scoped and revocable. The work happens in your workspace, on your hardware — we're not asking you to hand us a copy of your data.
What about NDAs?
Yes — a mutual NDA is one of the three documents signed during onboarding, before any confidential work begins on either side.
Remote or on-site?
Remote by default — video calls, screen share, and working sessions. On-site is possible and can be scoped separately if your situation calls for it.
What if we already run Excellent?
Good — we can skip straight to local model setup, migration, or the integrations you need, without a stand-up phase.
Is there a minimum commitment?
No. It's week-to-week, cancel anytime, and the deposit is the only thing collected up front.

Ready when you are.
