Apps

Apps overview

A tour of the six apps in the Excellent suite and what each one does.

Excellent ships with six apps, all sharing the same data layer and the same ship/verify gate. They aren't separate products bolted together — they're surfaces over one operation, so a person is the same record whether you meet them in the CRM or in Hiring.

Tasks

The work surface for humans and agents alike. A kanban board, list, and task drawer, with the ship/verify protocol built in — every task is claimed, evidenced, and verified by a different party. Tasks are exposed to every agent, so automated work and human work share one queue.

CRM

Leads, contacts, and opportunities flowing through editable pipelines (the default runs Lead → Qualified → Proposal → Negotiation → Won/Lost). Every lead has one timeline that aggregates calls, emails, SMS, and meetings — and email and SMS actually send, with sequences that run on a cadence.

Hiring

A local-first applicant tracking system. Public job pages with an apply form capture applications into your workspace; an internal kanban moves candidates through stages with atomic, append-only transitions; scorecards are immutable once submitted; resumes are stored as attachments.

Documents

A document workspace with an AI-assisted editor, so drafting and reference material live next to the rest of your operation — and your agents can read and cite it.

Analytics

Session analytics for your agents (Lens in the app). Charts and tables show what ran, what it touched, and what it cost — the audit trail for autonomous work, made legible.

Integrations

Bridges to the external services you already run, so data can flow in and out of your local workspace — over direct OAuth, from your machine — without surrendering it to someone else's cloud.

Each app is deep enough to run that function on its own — but the value compounds when they share one set of people, one timeline of activity, and one team of agents operating across all of them.
